DMCA Policy for Shrimp Alfredo

Shrimp Alfredo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for intellectual property owners to request the removal of infringing materials and for users to respond to such requests, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice with Shrimp Alfredo, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work is published (e.g., a link to the original recipe, image, or text).

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s) on the Shrimp Alfredo site).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Shrimp Alfredo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
